The Department of Visual Communication respects the foundations of formal, aesthetic and analytical knowledge and skills while exploring the ever-changing context and function of visual communication. The design program is supported by comprehensive, state-of-the-art computer labs. Faculty and staff promote a creative and challenging atmosphere where students investigate both theory-based projects and projects within real designer-to-client relationships.
